We’re Hiring: Monuments Toolkit Program Director and Program Assistant Positions

US/ICOMOS is hiring several positions to assist with our two-year Monuments Removal, Relocation and Reinterpretation Toolkit project. Please click on the links below to learn about the positions and how to apply:

  1. Monuments Toolkit Program Director: US/ICOMOS seeks a full-time (40 hours/week) Program Director for a two-year appointment to manage the Monuments Removal, Relocation, and Reinterpretation Toolkit Project. The Program Director will be responsible for collaborating with the US/ICOMOS Monuments Team to oversee all aspects of the US/ICOMOS Monuments Project. The application deadline for the Program Director position is October 30, 2021.
  2. Monuments Toolkit Media and Marketing Program Assistant: full-time (40 hours/week) Program Assistant for a two-year appointment. The Media and Marketing Program Assistant will focus their work on creating digital content for the Monuments Project and develop public-facing programming.
  3. Monuments Toolkit  Publications, Research, and Administration Program Assistant: full-time (40 hours/week) Program Assistant for a two-year appointment. The Publications, Research and Administration Assistant US/ICOMOS seeks a full-time (40 hours/week) Program Assistant will oversee the written publications and research for the Monuments Toolkit program.
  4. Part-Time Monuments Toolkit Program Assistant: Three part-time Program Assistants will be hired in the DC area and remotely from locations around the country to work approximately 20 hours per week on the project, conducting research, writing and other tasks. These too will be two-year appointments.
