World Heritage USA is happy to introduce our two newest staff members: Madeline (Maddy) Bonner and Noah Price, who have recently begun work on the Monument Relocation, Removal, and Reinterpretation Toolkit, also known as the Monuments Toolkit program.
The Monuments Toolkit program has been funded by grants from the Mellon Foundation since 2021. Maddie and Noah have been hired to help carry out and complete Phase 2 of the Monuments Toolkit, dedicated to expanding and implementing the program. They join current Monuments Toolkit staff Cequyna Moore, Director, and Gilbert C. Correa, Program Associate, and Arianna Startt Zakrzewski, Grants Manager.
Madeline Bonner
Research and Publications Associate, World Heritage USA – Monuments Toolkit
Maddy is an anthropologist who specializes in qualitative research surrounding museums, monuments, and historic sites. She earned her M.A. in Anthropology with a concentration in Museum and Heritage Studies from the University of Denver. Previously, she conducted research for the Monuments Toolkit Team as a Summer Research Associate. As Research and Publications Associate, Maddy is looking forward to supporting the mission and goals of the Monuments Toolkit and World Heritage USA.
Noah Price
Media and Marketing Associate, World Heritage USA – Monuments Toolkit
Noah has a Bachelor of Arts in History & English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Master of Arts in Public History from University College Dublin. His research on Irish American migration is forthcoming publication in the Journal of Migration History and he has curated a variety of historical exhibitions for UCD’s Cultural Heritage Collections and UNLV’s Lied Library. He joins World Heritage USA with several years of experience with media and marketing on behalf of libraries and archives and has presented internationally on social media best practices for cultural heritage institutions. He currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada and is an avid traveler and photographer.
